GET TO WORK

Because God worked… Because God uses busy people. 

If a man will not work, he shall not eat – 2Thess 3:10

Gen 2:2 ‘…on the seventh day God had finished his work of Creation, so he rested from all his work. 

God worked for six days straight, before he had to rest on the seventh days. God had to work because he is omnipotent, all powerful, the one in whom the potential to create and do all things resides. And if God created you in His image and likeness, trust me he wants you to be and do like him- work!

What was God busy doing during those six days?

He was creating!

What do you do with most of your time? Gisting, gossiping, sleeping, playing?

If God Created, he expects you to create too. You came out of him, so why should not behave and act like him?  

Let us see the word of God for the first man God created: Adam “the lord placed man in the Garden of Eden to tend and watch over it” – Gen 2:13

God led by example, he created things, then created man and he put man in charge of the things He created, because He knows you carry the inherent ability to create and reproduce! He believed that you can solve any problem you encounter concerning the things he committed into your hands because you have His Mind, His Power, His Nature!

How can you say you are born of God and not act like Him! 

You need to work because, your ability needs responsibility to release your potential.  

When you refuse to work in accordance with God’s purpose for your life, you deny yourself the opportunity to fulfill your purpose.

The plans of the diligent leads to profit (Prov 21:5).

Laziness brings deep sleep, and the shiftless man goes hungry ( Pov 19: 15). 

Anything you know how to do, do it with EXCELLENCE because God has a standard. 

Let me ask you, has God retired? NO, of course. He only rested when was tired. So definitely there’s no retirement in God’s plan.

 God didn’t create you to work for money but work in other to utilize your potential. Don’t just get a job, get a life! 

When you refuse to work, you deny yourself the opportunity to fulfill your purpose. Work as though your life depends on it, because it truly does.
